  • Can I upload the inventory in csv that is used to upload on Rapnet or Other similar portals?
Yes you can, but it's better to use our own template (you can download it in the upload stock section)

  • Can my account be accessed on multiple devices and multiple platforms?
Yes
 
  • After upload, I get errors in uploading. How do I resolve this?
You need to fix errors in Import Error section;
 
  • Can I upload my inventory using API link?
We do not support API integration just yet, but stay tuned!
 
  • Can I link my internal CRM with yours?

  • My company details are incorrect, how do I rectify this?
You can edit your company and account details here: Manage Account
 
 
  • What is the maximum number of inventory that I can upload in one go?
We have a limit of Maximum 500000 Items upload in 1 go
 
  • Can I be both, Seller and Buyers and have same account?
Yes, you just need to register and choose the buyer&Seller account
 
  • I am unable to delete the old inventory, how do I do this?
You can delete your inventory in the manage stock section either by unpublished the items so they won't appear in the diamonds search engine or also empty bin to erase it from the platform totally.
